Mono 5 Symptom Reporting
Updated: September 23rd, 2009If you are already enrolled in the Mono Study (aka, Mono 5), you may log in to the Mono 5 Symptom Reporting website at any time to report new symptoms. We will remind you every two weeks or so to enter any symptoms. (Or if you haven’t experienced any new symptoms, we want to know that too.)
